Q1. Do you accept walk-ins?

A. Depending on our schedule and availability, we may be able to accept walk-ins. Please call us to inquire.

Q2. How should I pay?

A. Please pay at the shop. We accept cash, card, PayPay and Alipay.

Q3. Can I choose not to return by 5PM and rent overnight?

A. Is possible.
After 17:00, it will be returned the next day and 50% of the rental fee will be added.

Q4. Are you sure I don’t have to bring anything?

A. We have Tabi socks, Zori sandals and bags, so please come empty-handed.
Of course, everything is included in the rental price, so there will be no additional charge.
(In winter) Bring “thick undershirts, leggings, gloves and shawls, etc.” for protection against the cold.

Q5. How long does it take to dress Kimono and set my hair?

A. It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to choose a Kimono, dress, set hair and prepare for going out.
It largely depends on the time it takes for you to choose a Kimono and the number of people in your group.

Q6. Can I have my hair set?

A. We offer a hair set service with an extra charge (500 yen). You can choose from a variety of hair ornaments, including flowers and hairpins.

Q7. Can I use your dressing service only?

A. Yes you can, but the price and the required time will differ depending on the type of your Kimono.

Q8. Can I go sightseeing wearing your Kimono?

A. No problem at all. Please enjoy sightseeing such as delicious local meals and sightseeing boats.
There are places nearby where you can get a discount when you come in Kimono.
